Closely
linked to our nervous system, it determines and allows us to perceive the
state of our energy channels and our chakras. This mechanism, awakened and
mastered by the practice of Sahaja Yoga Meditation, becomes a wonderful
tool with which to develop our personality. In fact, it works on all levels
of our being:- spiritual, physical, mental and emotional. We can detect
the presence of the subtle system in us by a cool breeze or tingling sensation
localised on different parts of our hands and on our fingertips. It is very
easy to master and we can soon become experts in decoding the different
sensations we are able to feel on our fingertips. In this way we can learn
how to balance the chakras and bring ourselves into a state of well being.

| Once
this mechanism is awakened, you can feel it on your hands. Each energy
centre can be felt there and decoded (here, represented by the colour
of each finger). |
The
nervous system gives us information on the state of our physical,
emotional and mental being. It mirrors the state of our subtle, spiritual
system.
